I view the gym as a remarkable tool for enhancing our daily lives, health, and hobbies. The objective varies for everyone, from mastering a sport to making a beginner's hiking venture possible.

As a personal trainer, I prioritise injury prevention through conditioning work. In the unfortunate event of an injury, my role becomes crucial in aiding recovery. Having personally shed over 30kgs, I can empathise with the struggles of weight loss and guide you to overcome them. Nutrition forms a vital part of our health, and I provide practical advice to ensure well-being. I revel in pushing individuals to obtain their peak physical potential, proving that becoming stronger and faster isn't a privilege reserved for athletes.

To maintain my fitness, I follow my 'Mission Fit' approach, equipping me to undertake any physically demanding task with ease and enjoyment. My athletic exploits include ultra marathon trail running (with my current goal to run every NZ Great Walk) and coaching and racing Downhill and Enduro mountain biking which I’ve been deeply involved in since the age of 12. With a background in typical sports like rugby and soccer and a passion for a wide range of sports like rock climbing and hiking, I am well-versed in a wide range of physical disciplines.
